With over 25 years of cross-industry experience in organizational capability, enterprise knowledge architecture, and operational performance, Karen Eravelly partners with executive leaders to translate corporate strategy into measurable operational reality. She specializes in designing scalable knowledge capability frameworks that bridge executive intent with daily execution across distributed, high-growth organizations.

Prior to founding Capability Intelligence Partners, Karen led major capability, performance enablement, and enterprise transformation engagements across organizations including T-Mobile, Sprint, Ernst & Young (EY), and alongside an innovative fintech enterprise. Throughout her tenure, she led large-scale capability initiatives, enterprise-wide technology adoptions, and rapid operational scaling, establishing high-reliability learning and institutional knowledge assets.

At Capability Intelligence Partners (CIP), Karen’s mission is centered on addressing the root causes of execution by aligning people, processes, knowledge, and technology. As a Certified Knowledge Management Professional, she partners closely with teams to eliminate operational silos, protect institutional knowledge, and build resilient, sustainable capabilities that fuel long-term organizational growth.

Karen holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, providing a strong foundation in human behavior, organizational systems, performance, and workforce effectiveness.

Financial Leadership & Operational Economics

Larry Wilkus brings extensive executive leadership in financial management, capital strategy, and operational economics to Capability Intelligence Partners  LLC. He works with executive and board leadership to ensure strategic investments are supported by sound financial analysis, disciplined resource allocation, and sustainable economic decision-making.


Throughout his career, Larry has led financial planning and analysis, treasury management, capital allocation, risk management, corporate governance, and operational restructuring across mid-market and enterprise organizations. At CIP, he focuses on connecting capability investments in people, processes, knowledge, and technology to measurable business value, stronger margins, and long-term financial resilience.

Larry is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified in Financial Management (CFM). He holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas.
